General Oceanics manufacture a range of Plankton nets and Bongo towing frames and nets. Mesh sizes varying from 10 microns to 1800 microns with different length nets are available allowing the collection of plankton of all sizes. Custom made plankton nets are also available. A messenger can be used for triggering a mechanism that allows the opening and closing of the nets at any depth. A flow meter can be fitted using the universal bridle allowing a single point connection for towing.
