The Kongsberg Simrad Mesotech range of altimeters have been the choice of subsea operators around the world where an accurate depth off the bottom is critical for ROV operations and positioning of towed bodies. Other applications include monitoring the distance off the bottom of structures lowered to the seabed, data acquisition, berthing and as a depth meter.

Various models are available with analog or digital outputs and a range of transmit frequencies. A fully programmable model also allows the user to change the operating parameters to suit their application.

The multibeam echo sounder is designed for bathymetric survey, and vertical water column target detection applications where high-accuracy multibeam data is required. Output from the multibeam echo sounder is displayed in real-time and can be recorded internally or output to industry standard third-party post-processing systems.
